We value your satisfaction and will work closely with you to ensure your personalized items meet your needs and expectations. Please note:
Personalized items (names, logos, custom designs) cannot be returned or refunded once produced, especially if the artwork was approved by the customer prior to production.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
While refunds for custom orders are limited due to the nature of personalized products, exchanges are usually easier for us to accommodate if an issue arises. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please reach out right away so we can resolve it promptly.
We will always work with you to make it right, but we do have to set some limitations around refunds for custom and personalized items to ensure fairness and sustainability for our small business.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval and process your refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or eligible for exchange. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
